RSP Sredential / Ed Specialist (SAI) Grades K-8, Caseload is over 20 Virtual learning - education specialist for RSP students 35 hours per week, will have a paraprofessional with students (7 hr days) Location: Virtual Billable Payrate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Managing caseload of over 20 K-8 students virtually
• Communicating and working with a paraprofessional in contracting organization
• Timely communication with Club Xcite management staff and contracting organization
• Regularly scheduled check-ins, professional development sessions, and performance evaluations with members of the Club Xcite management team
• Timely submission of worked hours and availability in TutorCruncher

Qualifications

• ACTIVE EDUCATION SPECIALIST (SAI), MILD/MOD OR MOD/SEVERE SPECIAL EDUCATION OR RSP CREDENTIAL (REQUIRED)
• Strong personal organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity using online management platforms
• Strong communication in multiple mediums (in-person, email, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion (required before providing client services)
