    EF Education First is excited to offer a Cooperative Education (co-op) program in partnership with a student’s college or university, giving students the opportunity to align their academic and future career goals with full time or part time work experienced for a select period of time. EF offers a multitude of co-ops across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing.

    EF Educational Tours

    Start date of Jan 20th until June 2026

    Hybrid (Must be based in Boston, MA)

    In Office: Monday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Fridays

    $23/hr, 40 hours per week

    The Role:

    EF Educational Tours teams up with educators to take students beyond the classroom on immersive international travel programs. We deliver educational experiences powered by a proven learning method that’s designed to build essential skills, like curiosity and communication. Our tours are where learning meets life-they give students firsthand experience of the world, and unlock the type of personal growth that prepares them for their futures.

    As a part of the Tour Preparation team at EF Educational Tours, the Tour Preparation Co-Op will partner with our Sales, Operations and Travel teams to provide a great customer experience before our groups depart. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

    • Confirming late enrollments on tour

    • Pulling and distributing audits to various internal teams and overseeing completion

    • Processing late changes in our internal systems

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and possibly external stakeholders.

    Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough approach to ensure accuracy in tasks like data entry, report generation, and process documentation.

    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and develop solutions for operational challenges.

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly other industry-specific software.

    Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

    Teamwork: Capability to work well in a collaborative environment with other team members.

    Adaptability: Willingness and ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
