    Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree and 18 hours in field. Candidates must be able to teach all levels of Mathematics through Pre-Calculus. Teaching experience is desirable. Working knowledge of computers and computer software, especially multimedia, is also desired

    **Essential Functions/Duties:
    **

    • Teach courses in accordance with college and departmental policies and procedures, as well as Basic Course
      Information sheets.

    • Prepare and submit timely grade reports and other reports on student performance as may be scheduled or required.

    • Organize class activities and assignments, relating them to the overall learning outcomes of the course.

    • Provide input and work with other faculty and staff to review, produce and/ or select course-related materials.

    **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    **

    • Extensive knowledge of the subject area(s) in which the individual is responsible for instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of effective communication and of effective instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and challenges of community college students.
    • Knowledge and understanding of principles of curriculum development.
    • Computer literate and able to navigate in a Windows environment.

  • Qualifications

    · Provide assistances to all levels of management in achieving the facility and corporate goals for reduction of work-related injuries. Zero injuries is our goal.

    · Manage the facility’s Safety, Health, Security.

    · Coordinate, plan and implement programs and processes to maintain a workplace that meets or exceeds federal and state safety requirements.

    · Lead Emergency Management Oversight including Emergency Responses and Insurence loss control.

    · Location expert in safety and security matters including integration of Health & Safety Best Practices into the Converting facility.

    · Coordinate and provide resources for all Converting, OSHA and voluntary compliance audits.

    · Responsible for case management of all work-related injuries and maintaining compliance with the OSHA record keeping requirements, including accident reports, statistical summaries/calculations, injury classification, etc.

    · Responsible for safety chemical approval process for all incoming chemicals.

    · Act as the WR Facility Liaison to the WR Fire Department and the Wood County Emergency Government as well as the city of Wisconsin Rapids Emergency Operations Center. Serve as the WR Facility ERT Incident Commander as needed.

    · Lead all safety training and ergonomic improvement initiatives, including contractors.

    · Manage Safety Steering with Union Leadership involvement to ensure that safety hazards are being remediated in a timely manner.

    · Lead mill departmental safety audits. Ensure that departments are conducting regularly scheduled safety audits and are following-up on findings from those audits.

    · Responsible for all near miss and incident investigations and related safety recordkeeping. Ensure that all follow-up actions occur.

    · Ensures Security meets compliance with FSSC 22000 requirements. Supports compliance with IS0 9001 requirements.

    · Ensure that mandated safety training is occurring and properly documented.

    · Provide on-call and weekend duty coverage.
