  • Responsibilities

    The Staff Coordinator is an essential member of the Preprofessional Advising Office and provides crucial administrative support and management for an office which experiences a high volume of traffic. The Staff Coordinator assists students, alumni, parents, faculty, and administrators who contact or visit the Preprofessional Advising Office by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, directing visitors to resources in the office, and seeking assistance from advisors as needed. The Staff Coordinator assists in the supervision of student employees, maintains students' electronic and paper records with a high degree of confidentiality, and maintains the resources and reference materials available in the office. The Staff Coordinator completes a broad range of administrative tasks and provides support to the Assistant Dean for Premedical Studies,the Assistant Dean for Prelaw Advising, the Director of Prehealth Advising, the Prelaw Academic Advisor, and the Premedical Academic Advisors in order to support the office's goal of providing comprehensive advising services for prehealth and prelaw students.

    Required Skills

    Associates degree, B.A./B.S. preferred. Up to one year of experience. MUST INCLUDE COVER LETTER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
