Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Two (2) years of experience working with adjunct faculty and performing related administrative duties required. Work experience in IT-related field preferred. Class Specific Essential Duties 1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate programs with Computers/IT for the College2. Seek out and develop relationships with employers to understand local workforce needs to develop programming and place students3. Manage assigned Computers/IT contracts with existing and potential training customers4. Research market trends to recommend and develop new courses and course series (including meeting accreditation and/or certification standards).5. Recruit, select, train and supervise adjunct faculty and instructors.6. Manage program expenses efficiently and economically7. Identify access and analyze program data in the college's enterprise system8. Provide superior customer service and solutions to problems for customers, students and adjunct faculty.9. Develop and maintain partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.10.
