Reporting to the Department of College and Career Readiness (CCR), the Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) Coordinator serves as the primary instructor, architect, and program manager of the ECLIPSE program at the College of Southern Idaho. This Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE) program is a two-year, cohort-based model designed to prepare students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) for competitive integrated employment and community integration.
