Chamberlain College of Nursing seeks part-time Clinical Faculty interested in teaching students in our Evening/Weekend Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
Clinical teaching is typically scheduled for at least one weekday, weeknight, or weekend (multiple schedule options may be available) for an 8-week session at a clinical partner site. Chamberlain students experience practice settings that include large and small hospitals, long-term care facilities, community and public-health agencies, faith-based service organizations, independent practices, ambulatory care centers, public health agencies, military services (Army, Navy, and Air Force), VA Medical Centers, schools, home health environments…anywhere healthcare is delivered.
Complex Adult Health (Critical Care) - You will be mentoring students, in a clinical setting, while they demonstrate nursing skills and procedures. A variety of population and settings are used in the experiential learning component of this course. Adult patients with unstable emergent critical illnesses are the focus of this course. Students integrate nursing, technological and scientific knowledge with clinical judgment to potentiate optimal health with a diverse patient population. Students utilize comprehensive assessment techniques, advanced nursing skills and multiple nursing modalities to maximize optimal health.

Chamberlain Visiting Professor Position - Campus:
_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected compensation rate for this position is between $1,120 per assignment to $7,245 per assignment.
Actual pay may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as type of course taught; experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
