    The Role:

    The Community Operations team at Chegg Tutors is responsible for ensuring we have the right tutors available and ready to help students learn and thrive. We’re looking for a Content & Quality Operations Associate to help us execute on various quality and content initiatives throughout the tutor funnel, including subject tests for tutor applicants and efforts to ensure continuous lesson quality amongst our active tutor base.

    It’s our mission to not only bring the best tutors onboard but to also ensure that they are doing a fantastic job and we are constantly testing out new ways to do just that.

    Our ideal candidate is expected to quickly gain an understanding of the Chegg Tutors product and all ongoing quality and content initiatives and has strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. A talent for project management, an analytical mindset, being able to multitask and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders will make you successful in this role.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the content creation process for various quality initiatives, including subject tests - from test mapping, question creation, question review, content import and content management.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors and tutors, acting as the first point of contact for content related questions, and leading QA cycles as needed.
    • Monitor and report on key metrics and continuously assess the initiative impact
    • Assist with lesson quality assurance efforts across our tutor base and take an active role in shaping, optimizing and improving related processes.
    • Assist with tracking partner performance, and coordinating quality reviews efforts
    • Imagine and implement new quality improvement and/or oversight pilot programs on an ongoing basis.
  • Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A.)
    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the areas of project management and/or operations management
    • Strong capabilities in the G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Understanding of SQL preferred
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
    • Prior experience with educational content or test content creation a plus. Prior experience working with the supply side of a marketplace a plus.
