About the Role:

Sylvan Learning in Baytown, TX is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Asset Manager to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Manage, track, and maintain a comprehensive inventory of corporate assets across locations

Develop and implement asset management policies, procedures, and best practices

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of asset records and compliance with company standards

Coordinate asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal

Analyze asset lifecycle data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Collaborate with finance, operations, and facilities teams on asset planning and budgeting

Prepare and present asset management reports to corporate leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field

2+ years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or a related corporate role

Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and budgeting

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
