Shenandoah University’s Pharmacy Department is accepting applications for a Coordinator of Academic Affairs. This is a full-time benefited position located at the Health Professions Building located in Winchester, Virginia.
This position coordinates the administrative services for the Office of Academic Affairs including course registration, auditing student progression, classroom assignments, course and faculty evaluations, and event planning. This person needs to work well independently and as part of a team and will work with students, faculty, administration and staff on a daily basis.

Ability to use the computer with knowledge of the following computer applications with training on additional software as needed in the job position.
1. Proficient in software required to perform duties including Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google calendar.
2. Ability to operate computer hardware and software and other contemporary office equipment
3. Willingness and ability to learn new software as needed to perform duties
