    Job Description

    Colorbiotics is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist (Supply Chain division) to join our team in Ames, IA. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and support across the customer journey — from order management to issue resolution.     • Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Manage Order-to-Cash processes from start to finish.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
    • Set up new customers and shipping locations in SAP.
    • Prioritize and manage daily responsibilities while balancing short- and mid-term objectives.
    • Provide knowledgeable support on products, policies, and procedures.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Confidently resolve a variety of customer issues, even in high-pressure situations.
    • Coordinate shipment logistics using a third-party logistics platform.
    • Process credits, debits, and returns as assigned.
    • Maintain a professional and positive image of yourself and Colorbiotics in all interactions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business management and/or any other business-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task different projects and systems
    • Computer skills with a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software, experience with SAP or other ERP systems are preferable.
    • Customer Service and/or Supply Chain related experience is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, business acumen, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
