  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Data Analyst to work with our Human Resources Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in HR to gain hands on experience.

    • Compile, enter, and update data in NYU's employee learning management system and other talent systems
    • Analyze data and create reports using Microsoft software including Excel and Access
    • Work with project leads to define data requirements for the learning management system upgrade
  • Qualifications
    • Detail oriented, organized, and able to do self-guided work.
    • Intermediate level ability and experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with learning management systems and other HR systems preferred
    • Available to work 20 hours per week for duration of project (6 weeks beginning April 17) -Experience running database queries and working with relational databases such as Microsoft Access or SQL Server is a plus.
