    Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree and 18 hours in field. Candidates must be able to teach all levels of Mathematics through Pre-Calculus. Teaching experience is desirable. Working knowledge of computers and computer software, especially multimedia, is also desired

    **Essential Functions/Duties:
    **

    • Teach courses in accordance with college and departmental policies and procedures, as well as Basic Course
      Information sheets.

    • Prepare and submit timely grade reports and other reports on student performance as may be scheduled or required.

    • Organize class activities and assignments, relating them to the overall learning outcomes of the course.

    • Provide input and work with other faculty and staff to review, produce and/ or select course-related materials.

    **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    **

    • Extensive knowledge of the subject area(s) in which the individual is responsible for instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of effective communication and of effective instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and challenges of community college students.
    • Knowledge and understanding of principles of curriculum development.
    • Computer literate and able to navigate in a Windows environment.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience in a related field required
    • ITIL Certification preferred
    • Experience with the ServiceNow incident management system preferred
    • 2+ years experiencing supervising or managing a Level 1 Support Desk team required
    • High-level of competence with the following technologies required:
    • Experience delivering exceptional customer service, including the ability to work with people with varying technology competencies
    • Experience performing IT installations, configurations, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software in accordance with IT Services standards
    • Ability to reach common ground and drive personnel toward ITIL best practices in a new and growth-oriented environment
    • Strong and concise verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
    • Excellent level of analytical ability, communication, and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues
    • A team player with integrity, passion, initiative, and leadership ability
    • Strong blend of business and technical acumen
