    Required Qualifications: Requires Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer account engagement.

    Desired Qualifications: A master’s degree is preferred. Experience preferred in coordinating, managing, or instructing continuing education/in service training opportunities for persons in Health and Social Services or related occupations.

    Working Hours: **** Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be able to work flexible hours with occasional assignments on evenings and weekends. Some in-district travel involved.

    Key Responsibilities **: **This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

    • Researches, identifies, cultivates, and solicits new markets and Clients for the Health and Social Services sector offerings. Candidate must be a self-starter and have experiences in new business development, proven leadership, an outgoing personality, and proven track record of working with internal and external dynamic team environments.

    • Identifies new training opportunities through the developing and cultivating of relations with new and existing clients. Tracks pertinent class information and develops the budget, consults on curriculum or deliverables, secures materials, schedules, secures training location, targets audience, identifies the instructor, evaluation method, and other important details, of offerings.

    • Develops growth strategies to establish new clients while increasing revenues and the retention of existing Clients through creativity and relationship building.

    • Develops marketing, advertising, and sales strategies that increase the retention of existing customers.

    • Coordinates the development of the online portfolio website for Health Care and Social Assistance industry sector training.

    • Monitors the growth and development of signature programs (i.e. Nurse Refresher, 40 hours Professional Guardianship, etc.)

    • Assists with the development of programs to include serving on Health and Social Services sector identifying boards and committees; attendance at relevant meetings and events.

    • Works with the College’s marketing department in the design and development of effective marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives, campaigns, and tools.

    • Ensures the payment of professional fees (i.e., CE Broker) and monitors Health and Social Services sector professional continuing education requirements.

    • Performs related tasks as necessary including serving as liaison for the College in assigned areas of responsibility.

    • Coordinates and monitors all programmatic and financial reports, records, forms and correspondence; conducts the preparation of certification of trainers/presenters; provides orientation concerning responsibilities, safety issues, college policies and procedures and regulatory agency rules.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Must have exemplary computer skills with knowledge of software (Office, Constant Contact, Salesforce) such as word processing, spreadsheets, web, or custom applications.
    • Must possess public relations skills and networking abilities.
    • Must have ability to communicate both orally and in writing as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
