At Chamberlain University, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Dean, Academic Affairs (Nursing) – Program Director —a leader who is empowering, influential, inspiring, and deeply passionate about advancing nursing education. In this role, you will serve as the Program Director overseeing the Charlotte campus nursing program , guiding academic integrity, operational excellence, and the continued growth of our BSN program. You will champion student success, cultivate a high‑performing academic team, and ensure our curriculum and learning experience remain exceptional and future‑focused.
As part of this leadership role, you will support the expansion of our Evening and Weekend Program , requiring availability during evenings and weekends to ensure seamless program delivery and student success.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $120,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
