Based at our Irving Campus , this role provides academic leadership and strategic oversight for both our Daytime and Evening & Weekend nursing programs. As the academic leader, you will shape the vision, ensure excellence in delivery, and provide continuity across programs—driving student success while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and innovation.
The Dean of Academic Affairs will oversee the management, quality, and performance of the nursing academic portfolio, building and empowering a high‑performing faculty and academic support team. This role ensures curricula remain current, rigorously delivered, and aligned with institutional objectives, accreditation standards, and workforce needs—while leveraging data‑informed strategies to elevate student outcomes.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,171.61 and $130,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
