Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the supervision, development, planning, and evaluation of the nursing program activities.
• Manage program budget, faculty, staff, and clinical site relationships.
• Ensure program compliance with Board rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare reports and documentation for state and Board requirements.
• Maintain student and faculty records, overseeing admission processes and orientation.
• Establish and maintain educational partnerships and contracts with clinical sites.
• Participate in faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation.
• Provide academic support and advising to students.
• Conduct Nursing Advisory Committee meetings and maintain community relationships.
• Monitor instruction quality and participate in program review and strategic planning.
• Ensure student readiness for graduation and licensing exams.
• Track and report on student performance, NCLEX licensing, and job placement rates.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state where the campus is located
• Master's or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two years of experience in nursing education, administration
• 3 years of post licensure experience in direct patient care
• Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, and commitment to diversity
• Experience in supervision, planning, and budget management
