The Digital Services Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, digital engagement, and continuous optimization of the Mendoza College of Business website and related digital platforms, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and different applications used for CMS and CRM. This role ensures a seamless user experience, strong brand alignment, and effective digital marketing integration to support enrollment, engagement, and institutional objectives.
Serving as the primary liaison between the marketing team, IT, and external vendors, the Digital Services Manager partners with key stakeholders to enhance website functionality via improved page design and content management, strengthen accessibility and SEO, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize prospective student and stakeholder engagement and overall website performance.

Salary: up to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
