The Director of Education (ED) manages our test preparation and tutoring services. Often, the ED is the first point of contact for most of our prospective and current families. This person must have impeccable communication skills, on the phone, via email, and through mass communications, be able to connect with both high school students and their parents, be incredibly knowledgeable about standardized tests and tutoring pedagogy, and be able to recruit, hire, train, and manage other tutors. The ED spends approximately half his/her time working with prospective and current students and the other half working with prospective and current tutors. The ED in Milwaukee will be assisting in opening our new office.
