Job Description
The EHS Auditor Americas is responsible for planning and executing audits across the region to ensure alignment with corporate standards, legal requirements, and best practices in Environment, Health & Safety. This role plays a critical part in identifying risks, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting a strong compliance and safety culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or similar is preferred.
Prior experience in auditing and/or managing EHS systems in industrial environments is mandatory.
3+ years of professional experience in EHS
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations in the Americas, with specific expertise in OSHA standards (29 CFR).
Solid understanding of ISO management systems and audit methodology.
Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit management platforms.

Travel Requirements: 50–70% (across North, Central, and South America)
