  • Responsibilities

    Entry-level professional position. Review financial aid applications for undergraduate student populations and award federal, state and institutional funds. Support the operations and systems area of the office. Provide counseling to prospective and current students and parents about the application process and applying for private loans. Assist with customer service inquiries over the phone and by e-mail to help Boston University Financial Assistance achieve university goals for recruitment, retention and superior service.

    Required Skills

    The ideal candidate will possess: strong analytical skills, effective problem solving and communication skills. the ability to work well in a fast-paced and team orientated environment and be available for occasional weekend assignments

    Bachelor's degree and at least one to three years of experience in a service and detail oriented position, strong analytical and organizational skills.
