EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT, Office of the President
The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the President of Boston University, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to pivot seamlessly between high-acuity tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant manages complex domestic and international travel arrangements including itinerary planning, logistics coordination, and expense reconciliation to ensure efficient, seamless travel that aligns with the Presidents schedule and priorities. They work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure strategic coordination of tasks and priorities for the President and collaborate regularly with the Presidents broader team to support initiatives, maintain alignment and make best use of the Presidents time and activities.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Adaptability and flexibility to pivot between urgent tasks and changing priorities.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
