YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY:

Due to a parental leave cover, and reporting to the Manager - Design and Production, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative individual to come onboard and create original design, photo and video content to support RAA’s business units in meeting their strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Shoot professional standard digital video and audio for RAAs online and internal projects;
• Capture professional quality digital photo images for RAA products and services;
• Generate creative solutions to support specific campaigns or projects for a diverse range of RAA products and services; and
• Engage with internal clients and other specialists to determine best creative approach to achieve communication objectives.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART FROM THE REST:

At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design, video production or related field;
• Trade experience in video production and editing;
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop;
• Demonstrated photography and video skills, including a working knowledge of lighting and audio capture principles and an understanding of design concepts and various layouts;
• Good knowledge of effective contemporary visual communications; and
• A thorough knowledge of design industry processes.

Your excellent eye for detail and time management skills coupled with your ability to manage tight deadlines will see you succeed in this exciting opportunity. Additionally, your ability to communicate with people at all levels and achieve excellent design and video outcomes will add further to your success.
