About the Position:
This position reports to the Director of Learning Technology and Online Education. The position is responsible for assessment, planning, training, and other related activities associated with the integration of new technologies into instructional programs and pedagogies.
Work requires analysis of curriculum and instructional methodologies as well as evaluation and application of hardware and software for instructional purposes. Also responsible for support, design, implementation, and maintenance of resources used for instructional training. Requires the development of information and plans that will influence decisions and directions regarding technology implementation and facilitates use of the Teaching and Learning Innovation Centers.
Essential Functions/Duties:
This position is a level P15. To determine starting salary, Polk State College takes into consideration the pay level minimum, the candidate's qualifications and internal equity factors.

Required Education:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum and Instruction or another related field.
Required Education:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or another related field from an accredited institution.
Required Experience
At least three (3) years of professional experience in the use of educational technologies is required.
