As a GRAPHIC DESIGNER you will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Marketing and Web Development departments to produce web promotions, images and graphics. The position is responsible for the development and production of eye-catching email and web design solutions that meet business strategies.

As a Web Designer you must be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, and possess an acute attention to detail along with a color critical eye. This position must ensure all work, both creative and technical is accurate and on time.

You must ensure creative elements that are used within final designs are relevant to the brand that is being promoted. You may utilize any number of Web technologies and scripting technologies to create and deploy digital based graphics, illustrations, wireframes, mockups, HTML markup and CSS that are both static and responsive. 

This position requires specialized knowledge of company product lines and retail brands, as well as our online and digital style standards and best practices.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop graphics for emails, landing pages, slider, mobile and other digital projects and devices
• Proactively recommend creative solutions.
• Attend meetings with creative team to determine the message the design should portray.
• Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors and Senior Graphic Designers to ensure the technical quality, continuity and accuracy of each piece or project including pricing, sale language and product information.
• Review designs and mockups before routing to internal teams.
• Maintain quality check processes on all pieces.
• Deliver the tasks within the agreed upon timeline.
• Seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects.
