IT Director Responsible for supervising and leading a team of web and database developers that maintain the Education First website and database of prospects, donors, counselors, applicants and scholars. Specifically, seeks new ways to increase integration and streamline processes using technology. The following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience recruiting, mentoring, motivating and engaging staff
• Experience managing a team of 5 in a remote setting
• Experience with the following technologies and systems: Wordpress, GIT, PHP, MySQL, G Suite, Trello This position has a time commitment varying between 0-5 hours per week and averages approximately 12 hours per month.
