  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for the technical development of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other aspects of website design, development, and production, integrated with creative print designs. Design and convert mockups into web pages, maintain and update existing websites and perform QA testing for websites. Develop, maintain, and optimize static and dynamic websites while conforming to best practice web standards. Implement SEO and ALT meta tags to ensure format meets industry standards. Enhance graphics, repurpose, and optimize print graphics for web use, and create composite images. Develop conceptual online designs that are efficient and modern, including HTML e-mails. Troubleshoot coding, design, and cross-browser issues. Create animated graphics and gifs for online banner ads. Work with Online Marketing Manager to establish and maintain simple file naming protocol. Manage the delivery of web content and organization of data on servers.

    Required Skills

    B.A./B.S., strong technology and design skills, flexibility, creativity and three to five years of web development and/or IT experience.
