    The Department of Romance Studies at Boston University seeks a full-time Lecturer in French, beginning July 1, 2019. Responsibilities include teaching French language from beginning to advanced levels and coordination of multi-sectioned language courses taught by Lecturers, professors, and graduate students. Minimum requirements include an MA in French, Second Language Acquisition, or a relevant field; demonstrated excellence in college-level teaching for at least three years; native or near-native proficiency in French and English; and knowledge of current issues and methods in language teaching. The successful candidate will also demonstrate ability to integrate language and culture and to contribute to curriculum development in a dynamic and collaborative language program.
