    Reporting to the Executive Director for IT Services in the Questrom School of Business, the Project Management & Business Process Improvement Manager provides strong, visible leadership for key projects within the school, including developing and implementing project management plans, developing efficient and effective procedures, and overseeing completion and reporting. The position will lead the design, development and implementation of digital dashboards for Questroms leadership.

     

     

    Required Skills

     

    •B.A./B.S. required, Masters preferred.

    •Five to eight years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in the IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry.

    •2-3 years of Agile Project management experience; fluency in several of the following: HTML/CSS website development; UI; SQL, Python, R, Tableau Microsoft PowerBI, and Google Analytics

    •Experience in report requirement analysis and development using BI Tools.

    •Innovative problem-solving skills dissect and succinctly summarize roadblocks, identify and implement solutions.

    •Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment.

    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
