  • Responsibilities

    As part of the Enrollment Services Operations team supporting Admissions, Financial Assistance, and other key units within BU Enrollment and Student Affairs, assist in the accurate and timely processing of a high volume of student inquiries, applications and related credentials, and financial aid documents. Perform scanning and indexing using document imaging software, as well as data entry to the student information system, in accordance with established procedures. Help ensure accurate creation and maintenance of student records. Assist with quality control tasks and troubleshooting as well as special data processing and mail projects, as assigned. Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and business process reviews throughout the academic year.

    Required Skills

    High School diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree preferred. Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite and databases. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive student information are essential. Over-time is required during peak processing periods, including occasional Saturdays and university Intersession.
