  • Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will apply innovative, rigorous methods of implementation and improvement sciences to support and lead research within the Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS). The individual will work closely with the Center Directors and Research Fellow in the development and execution of a diverse research and educational portfolio. The individual will be responsible for providing consultations about implementation and improvement sciences, conceptualizing and collaborating with others to develop innovative research studies, conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and educating the local community on implementation and improvement sciences approaches.

    Required Skills

    • Providing consultations about implementation and improvement science methods to BU faculty and staff interested in implementing change in a safety net healthcare system. - Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis evaluating extent and determinants of change within projects designed for positive change. - Participate in writing, analyzing, interpreting results for manuscripts reporting results and novel methods for implementation and improvement projects. - Educate local community on implementation & improvement sciences.
