Possesses advanced professional knowledge and expertise; assignments, projects, and programs are of significant scope and/or complexity; makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty. Provides technical and analytic support for research activities and reporting, including data collection, analysis, and presentation. Performs ad hoc analyses as needed. Responsible for steering the analytical research goals of the department with a team of 3-5 analysts.
