SUMMARY: The primary objective of this position is to perform general clerical tasks and supports all roles within Billing. The tasks to support roles within Billing include: back-up for Billing Coordinator – handling deposits, past due reach outs to clients, research and complete address changes, assign group/product terms and coordinate 4th quarter mailings.
PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS A PART-TIME, TEMPORARY POSITION. YOU WILL BE WORKING UP TO 29 HOURS WEEKLY WITHIN THE HOURS OF 7 AM - 6 PM CST FROM M - FRIDAY AND WILL HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE SCHEDULE TO MANAGEMENT THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.
