  • Responsibilities

    The Renal Section at BU School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center seeks a board certified nephrologist on the clinician-scholar track. Candidates should have a strong interest in education and scholarly activities and have outstanding clinical skills. Clinical research experience is a plus. A dedication to providing high quality, comprehensive care to all, particularly mindful of the needs of vulnerable populations, is required.

    Required Skills

    Experience in either of the following areas are of particular interest:

     

    Health Disparities Research and Population Management: The Section cares for an extraordinarily diverse patient population. Individuals interested in developing research and clinical care innovations to ensure exceptional care to all are highly sought.

     

    Kidney Transplantation: The Section’s kidney transplant program has increased substantially and is poised for further growth. Individuals who have completed training in a dedicated year of kidney transplant fellowship are sought.
