In this role, you will be a member of the department's Recruitment, Training and Development team and support our vision to empower every individual to have a "WE" mindset regardless of office location and role. You will report to the Training, Recruitment & Development Manager.

    • Engagement - playing an active role in department initiatives for increased engagement and establishing relationships with other central EF teams to promote and facilitate in-office events
    • Training - supporting development of online training material and handling background checks in preparation for staff tour enrollments

    Who you are

    • Able to create excitement and buy in around initiatives
    • Independent with a "can-do" attitude towards taking initiative, owning new tasks and overcoming challenges
    • Attention to detail when working administrative tasks
    • Flexible to work some evenings and to travel to visit other EF offices
