    Job Description

    At the University of Notre Dame, our people are our greatest strength. The Employee Experience and Operations Associate plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of Notre Dame Human Resources (NDHR), ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience for all University employees.

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff and students.
    • Assist with benefits operations during peak periods such as open enrollment, educational benefit processing, and year-end activities.
    • Perform recurring data audits to maintain accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
    • Support learning and development programs through logistical coordination and event assistance.
    • Facilitate remote I-9 verification for new employees to help onboard new members of the Notre Dame community.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED (some college or HR coursework preferred)
    • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience
    • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
    • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality

    Additional Information

    • Hiring Pay Range : $17.50/ Hour | Commensurate with experience.
