FLEX is seeking dynamic and customer-driven individuals to service its diverse client base and drive and support center enrollments. Responsibilities will include:
Interacting with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Building formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members
Maintaining customer records efficiently and effectively.

FLEX College Prep has provided admissions consulting, standardized test prep, tutoring and enrichment services for pre-collegiate students since 2001. In each of these areas, FLEX offers comprehensive strategies personalized to each student's needs and ambitions.
We help students identify and meet general academic requirements, provide direction and opportunities for students to create unique extracurricular profiles, offer a nuanced understanding of specific colleges and their admissions philosophies, and give thorough, step-by-step instruction in the crafting of the college application, including interview prep and essay-writing assistance. But most importantly, we at FLEX know that the college admissions process is an opportunity to build relationships. Our consultants understand that each student has a unique background and a unique set of challenges and goals; we work intimately with families to help each individual student overcome those challenges and achieve their goals.
Additionally, FLEX is planning significant domestic and international expansion in the next 12-18 months, providing employees with many opportunities for growth and advancement. FLEX recently expanded domestically to Pasadena, CA and internationally to the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand.
