ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR - HULT UNDERGRADUATE

The Hult Undergraduate Enrollment Team is looking to hire an Enrollment Coordinator/Application Manager with full-time hours and responsibilities. We are looking for a self-starter, task-oriented, driven team player based in Denver, CO who wants to help us find outstanding students for our global business school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize SalesForce to manage pipeline and document enrollment activities

• Collect necessary application documents by communicating with students and high school counselors, schedule interviews, and ensuring timely application progression for admissions consideration

• Qualify and motivate applicant leads through daily phone call and text message outreach

• Support the enrollment team with additional projects and create custom materials as needed

• Coordinate events across North America

• Research and book recruitment fairs and outreach events for the team

• Occasional travel when needed to support at college fairs, school visits and other events

• Report to the office three times a week in downtown Denver

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred background in Marketing / Sales / Lead generation

• Salesforce experience preferred

• Strong intercultural communication skills

• Independent, self-motivated and driven

• Fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish preferred

• Undergraduate degree and 1-5 years of work experience in educational administration, customer service or sales

• Organizational time-management skills are a must

• Ambitious and target oriented
