Enrollment Partnerships Manager - Undergraduate and International Admissions

The enrollment partnerships manager is a pivotal role in fostering relationships with public and private high schools to drive traditional undergraduate enrollment. The EPM is highly motivated with a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in partnership management. The EPM leads efforts to cultivate relationships, develop recruitment programs, and manage initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment from targeted high schools.

Primary Duties/Essential Functions
Cultivate and maintain relationships with public and private high schools to establish and strengthen Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and partnerships.
Develop and manage an alumni recruitment program to engage APU graduates in the recruitment process, leveraging their networks and experiences to attract prospective students.
Oversee recruitment efforts related to fine arts and worship programs, working closely with faculty, staff, and high schools to identify and attract talented students.
Manage the dual enrollment program, collaborating with high schools to facilitate the enrollment of qualified students in APU courses while still in high school.
Collect and analyze data related to partnership activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Organize and participate in recruitment events to promote APU programs and engage prospective students.
Assist in developing and managing the budget for partnership initiatives.
Work collaboratively with admissions, marketing, academic departments, and other stakeholders to align partnership efforts with overall enrollment objectives.
Working closely with the Executive Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions and other key leaders to expand and improve upon the high school events both on and off campus.
Coordinate and/or assist in the coordination of all events with MOU schools.
Develop and manage reports to assist in the evaluation of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
Support, affirm, and sustain the beliefs, values, and mission of the university in all facets of leadership and through the university’s daily living expectations.
Assist the Executive Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admission in the management of additional MOUs/partnerships as assigned.
