    Responsibilities

    • Proactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone, email, and SMS with the use of a contact strategy.

    • Assess and qualify prospective student through prequalification or interview to determine if Chamberlain University’s programs meet the academic and professional needs of the prospective student.

    • Assist the applicant through the enrollment process by collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression, student satisfaction and success.

    • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.

    • Remain compliant with standards and policies of the University while operating in a student-centric environment.

    • Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.

    • Work in a team environment and represent Chamberlain’s culture of care while supporting new student enrollment goals.

    • Exemplify TEACH values (Teamwork, Energy, Accountability, Community, Heart) throughout all day-to-day interactions.

    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Complies with all policies and standards

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
    • Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information.
    • Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needs.

    Additional Information

    _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $33.84. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
