    Opportunity at a Glance

    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced sales organization. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that drives growth, connects leaders, and supports the mission behind everything we do.

    As Executive Assistant, you’ll support multiple sales leaders and work closely with a senior-level EA to keep our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle a high volume of expense reports, and bring order to a dynamic, fast-moving team of professionals who are often on the go.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate complex calendars and schedule high-priority meetings
    • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for frequently traveling sales leaders
    • Process and track high volumes of expense reports with precision and timeliness
    • Partner with a Senior Executive Assistant to ensure alignment and consistency across team needs
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners professionally and efficiently
    • Prepare meeting materials and provide administrative support for team planning and special projects
    • Maintain organized filing systems and support the broader team as needed
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Complies with all policies and standards
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
    • 3–5 years of experience as an EA or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—experience supporting sales or field teams is a plus
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to anticipate needs
    • Comfort with shifting priorities and working under pressure with minimal supervision
    • Discretion in handling confidential information and a team-first mindset

    Additional Information

    _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $25.00 and $37.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
