The Executive Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Boston University and Boston Medical Center comprehensive EHS programs supporting academic, research, and clinical operations. This includes Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Radiation Safety & Medical Physics, and Research Safety. The Executive Director ensures regulatory compliance, promotes sustainability goals, and partners with academic, administrative, public safety, and campus planning & operations to foster a proactive safety culture across all campuses.

Required Skills

Bachelors required, 12+ years of direct experience with 8+ year of demonstrated leadership experience.
