Job Summary
This Work Study role is housed under the Division of Mission Culture and Inclusive Community and serving first and foremost CACE – The Center for the Advancement of Contemplative Education. Responsible for providing administrative support in assisting CACE with ongoing upkeep and curation of Contemplative Practice spaces and services such as Meditation Halls, the Tea House, and Shrines across campus while supporting the implementation of community events and programming. Includes occasional office assistance and administration of tasks related to event/program announcements, media design, and occasional research and basic data entry.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with organizing, advertising, and coordinating Practice Day (once each semester) including: contact with workshop facilitators, room allocation for workshops, blurbs for workshop descriptions, meeting facilitator special requests, and more.
Maintain schedule/calendar of contemplative practice offerings for students.
Assist with other CACE events.
