    Job Description

    Flywire is looking for an engaged problem solver who is forward-thinking, motivated, and hardworking. We need your help to change how healthcare payments work.

    As a Client Services Manager, you will execute on our growth strategy while overseeing the full life cycle of our client relationships. As the relationship owner and primary contact from the beginning, you will handle the status, strategy, expansion, retention, and critical issues for all of your clients. You will define project scope and success metrics, participate in the implementation of our online solution for healthcare providers, collaborate with partners including banks and RCOs, expand our services, deliver value, learn, and grow. You will have the opportunity to cultivate Flywire client enthusiasts, partner with fellow FlyMates, and have a blast doing so!

    As a member of the Flywire Health team, you will help accelerate Flywire across the globe! This role will offer you career growth with long-term relationships at the core.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Welcome new clients, establish relationships, and quickly become their trusted advisor
    • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships
    • Maintain effective and engaging communications at all levels, across multiple partners, both internal and external
    • As a Flywire Health product expert (we will train you!) you will problem solve during implementation and provide ongoing support
    • Define, track, and communicate success metrics
    • Participate in implementations – in particular contributing to new workflow creation as a revenue cycle optimization expert and providing support to create a successful UAT
    • Share product roadmaps, new features, release notes, and actionable strategies
    • Amplify our client’s success (congrats + share awards, articles, news on social media)
    • Work with our team to build and retain Flywire enthusiasts who are referenceable
    • Retain our clients and expand our footprint through upsells and expansions
    • Be an expert and inspiring leader in revenue cycle and FinTech. Genuinely solve important problems and develop lifelong colleagues along the way
  • Qualifications

    FLYMATE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Communications
    • 8+ years of healthcare and client facing experience. Revenue cycle, sales, and consulting experience are more than a plus
    • Willingness to travel 20% - 40% of the time
    • Excellent written and verbal communication. You connect with people – they connect with you
    • Outstanding presentation skills: ability to engage all levels including front line staff through senior executives
    • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
    • A love of problem solving
    • The ability to manage projects tightly but still make them fun
    • Can work alone as well as part of an awesome team
    • Drive coupled with strong ethics, kindness, and good nature in your DNA
