Fusion Education Group is seeking a self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual to work on our Systems Team as an Intern. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our key systems in order to help make them more efficient and scalable. Responsibilities * Learn our key systems in an effort to create efficiencies * Support in the creation of a new teacher substitute system * Help to scale our ticketing system * Create training guides to help teammates better understand/learn our systems * Gather input from users/customers in order to build a new customer facing platform * Help support system admins in day-to-day projects Position Requirements * Must be pursuing a degree * Prior systems experience (Salesforce.com a plus) * Ability to solve technical and complex problems * Have a foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office products * Have a strong writing background * High level of creativity * Be curious and passionate * Have ability to build positive relationships at work Number of Openings 1 Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt This position is currently accepting applications.
