Location Fusion Education Group (Corporate) Description Job Description: Fusions Quality Assurance Specialist will act as a bridge between Home Base and our 50+ campuses to ensure we are delivering a world-class education to Fusion students by maintaining our Operating Standards for Quality (aka Banks of the River). Job Duties: Develops and maintains an auditing and data collection process to ensure all schools are abiding by Fusions operating standards Communicates with campus, corporate, and/or regional teams regarding quality standards and audit procedures Plans, performs, and oversees the inspection of campus activities to ensure a quality education program Gathers, organizes, and interprets campus- and company-provided data Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement Investigates non-conformance issues Documents internal audits and other quality assurance activities Prepares reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities Makes recommendations for potential campus corrective actions and improvement activities to corporate and regional teams Identifies training gaps and discusses possible training interventions with key stakeholders Interprets, implements, and evaluates the adequacy of existing operating standards Analyzes existing business systems, processes, and programs to identify compliance risks and recommend scalable solutions that will improve the speed and quality of audit results Position Requirements Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Strong computer skills Preferred: 1-2 years audit, education, finance, technology, or customer service experience Key Competencies: Analytical and critical thinking skills Attention to detail Organizational ability to meet deadlines Data collection, management, and analysis ability Problem-solving and decision-making skills Self starter with the ability to work in a team Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude with a customer service mindset Outstanding verbal and written communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex.
