GRADUATE PROGRAM SPECIALIST, College of Arts & Sciences, Biology
The Graduate Program Specialist III will work closely with the current graduate program staff, the Biology Director of Master’s Studies, the Biology Department Chair, and theThe Graduate Program Specialist III will work closely with the current graduate program staff, the Biology Director of Master’s Studies, the Biology Department Chair, and the MCBB Director to administer all aspects of the Biology MS, Biology BA/MS, and MCBB MA programs. The Graduate Program Specialist III will oversee the admissions process for all three MS programs, including prospective inquiries, application and website updates, data tracking, faculty communications, and application decision processing. In addition, this staff member will assist current students in these programs with registration, degree progress, graduation, and any other issues that may arise. The Graduate Program Specialist III will also coordinate Master’s recruitment events and orientation. Bachelor’s degree required. Three to five years of experience preferred. Required Skills
