  • Responsibilities

    The Payroll and Human Resource Administrator will set up new employees in electronic systems, administer weekly time, manage employee payroll, provide HR metrics, generate payroll supporting documents as required by government, reconcile payroll deductions, and assist with personnel filing for HR and Accounting Departments.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

       

    • Set up new employees in BossLM and Microsoft GP based on information from HR Manager and Silkroad.
    • Update employee payroll records for promotions, pay changes, transfers, and other changes.
    • Review and administer time records from field in BossLM to confirm accuracy before processing payroll. Enter vacation, sick, and other PTO as necessary.
    • Process payroll for all employees on weekly basis.
    • Manage updates to payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, child support, and reconcile on weekly basis.
    • Provide HR metrics as needed related to payroll.
    • Generate W-2’s, 1095’s, SUTA, FUTA, NCUI-101 and required governmental reports.
    • Reconcile vendor invoices for payroll related deductions to confirm accuracy and provide coding for AP department.
    • Assist with enrollment of benefits including health insurance, dental, 401k, and other benefits offered to staff.
    • Assist with H2B arrivals and departures.
    • Assist HR Manager with personnel filing both paper and electronic.
    • Providing administrative assistance to the HR and Accounting Departments as needed.

            

    Required Skills

    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows
    • Must have substantial knowledge of Microsoft GP or equivalent software
    • Must have good communications skills
    • Must adhere to all company policies
    • Must be independent, self-motivated, and effective problem solver
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

    Required Experience

        -Must have a minimum of two years of related experience
