Peer tutors must complete a qualifying | | exam. | | | | PROFESSIONAL TUTORS are tutors who have a degree within the field of | | study. A bachelor's degree in Micro-Biology or a degree with an emphasis | | in Biology is preferred. | | | | Tutors are scheduled during the morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend | | hours during each term. The time and number of hours scheduled are based | | on student demand and can fluctuate from term to term. All tutors are | | part-time employees and paid an hourly rate. Tutor schedules are | | developed for the entire term (7-8 weeks) and the hours generally do not | | fluctuate during the term once the final schedule has been released. | | | | The review process will commence immediately and continue until the | | necessary positions have been filled. Required Skills Required Experience

*Must pass a company physical, drug screen, alcohol screen, and criminal background check. *Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times. *Must maintain a current/valid driver's license with a clean driving record. *Will be required to meet Company Driver Qualifications Standards *Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. *Must be willing to work various hours including overtime during days, nights and weekends when necessary. *Report to the assigned job site wearing adequate clothing for the work being performed with proper PPE and ready to begin work at the designated start time. *Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA. Protective equipment that may be required, but not limited to, for this position is: Face Shield, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves. *Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures *Maintain reliable attendance, meeting company standards.
