Assistant General Manager
Job Description:
Goldfish Swim School is looking for a motivated professional to help run its business operations. This position will assist in managing a workforce that can be upwards of 55 employees. A primary focus of the position is to ensure that all required corporate processes are in place. This position will report directly to the General Manager of the business and will be an integral part of representing the Goldfish Swim School brand overall.The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
Assisting in overseeing all business operations
Hiring, training, and management of staff
Providing excellent customer service
Establish, lead and maintain all procedures and processes of the Goldfish brand
Implement and maintain daily and weekly reports
Maintain a high-level of training and cross-training of employees
Qualifications / Experience:
Some college experience
Minimum of 1 years of operational management experience
Familiarity with a consistent changing work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Strong written and oral communication skills
Candidate Profile:
Willing and able to gets hands on, must be a “doer”
High level of energy
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multi-task
Flexible and able to adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilities
Ability to remain calm and direct staff under a fast-paced environment
